Welcome Kevin Mackenzie to Ascot Care!
We are pleased to announce that Kevin Mckenzie has joined the Ascot Care team as our new IT Systems Administrator.
Kevin brings a diverse background to Ascot Care, having studied Video Games Development at university. He then spent seven years at Worldpay as a Reconciliations Officer, gaining extensive experience before transitioning to a Systems Administrator role at Homes England, where he work for over a year.
At Ascot Care, Kevin will be responsible for managing our business systems, including Access, My Learning Cloud, and Radar. His main focus will be on ensuring all our data is accurate and up to date, and implementing new processes to modernise our systems. Kevin’s goal is to enable everyone to perform their roles as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Kevin expressed his excitement about his new role by saying, "I’m excited to work in a sector where I can see myself making a difference and be proud of the work I do in helping others."
Michelle Lovelace, our Head of Operations, shared her thoughts on Kevin's arrival: "We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to Ascot Care. His enthusiasm, unique background and proactive approach to IT systems will be invaluable in enhancing our operations and supporting our growing team."
Outside of his professional life, Kevin has a range of interesting hobbies including wild camping, PC gaming (which he credits as the origin of his IT skills), and being the lead guitarist in local metal band "The N/A”.
