Welcome Angela Proctor to Ascot Care!

We're delighted to announce that Angela Proctor has joined the Ascot Care team as our new Quality and Compliance Manager.

Angela brings a wealth of experience to Ascot Care, having commenced her career as a Registered Nurse in 1979. Since 1989, she has worked in the independent healthcare sector, where she has excelled in various roles including Home Manager, Regional Support, and most recently, as Quality and Compliance Manager for a different care provider over the past five years.

In her new role at Ascot Care, Angela aims to focus on driving the continuous improvement of our quality assurance systems. Her goal is to enable our Care Home Managers to establish, run and evidence effective processes that meet both our internal needs, as well as the requirements of external regulators and local authorities.

Ascot Care Head of Operations, Michelle Lovelace, expressed her enthusiasm about Angela's arrival: "We're thrilled to have Angela join the Ascot Care team. Her extensive experience and dedication to quality and compliance will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our care standards across the Group."

Outside of work, Angela enjoys reading (particularly Terry Pratchett novels), listening to music across all genres, and is an avid sports fan with a keen interest in football.
