Well done to Paula and Jane from Springfield Lodge

Well done to Paula and Jane from Springfield Lodge, who have recently set out to encourage new recruits into the care sector on behalf of Durham County Council.

They were both interviewed through a Facetime meeting then had a photo shoot. Both provided an excellent insight to the benefits and also highlights of working in care.
