Indoor Basketball Fun At St Anne's

There were lots of ‘slam dunks’ at St Anne’s Care Home in Whitley Bay when residents took part in a indoor basketball session to keep them active!

This activity is a great choice for residents as it helps to boost coordination and flexibility, whilst having lots of fun competing with each other to score as many goals as possible.
