Colour therapy and painting sessions

At Ascot Care we love nothing more than our residents and staff keeping busy with a range of activities to boost their fitness, mood and most importantly - have fun!

Westoe Grange based in South Shields hosted its regular colour therapy and painting session for its residents. It's a chance for residents to come together and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, interact and relax.
