Residents receive kind donation

Westoe Grange were lucky to be visited last week by the Shields Gazette Newspaper who were reporting on the generous donation they received on behalf of Westoe Residents Association. Neil McMann, chair of the residents association and Alison Mason, secretary of the association, attended Westoe Care Home to generously donate £500 which had been raised at the summer fete last year. The money was given so residents could choose something they would find useful and entertaining. A new tablet was chosen, enabling residents to keep up to date with technology, research, and talk to family online via skype.
