Sheila McKewon, Fiona Mellon, and Julie Tomlins have each made significant contributions to our care community, and we are honoured to recognise their commitment and hard work.

Sheila McKewon, Carer at Castleview

Sheila began her journey with Ascot Care in April 1999 as a Cleaner. Over the years, her dedication and passion for helping others led her to become a Carer.

Her transition within the company is a testament to her hard work and the supportive environment at Ascot Care.

Sheila's colleagues and the residents she looks after admire her for her empathy and the meaningful relationships she builds.

Fiona Mellon, Deputy Manager at Castleview

Fiona joined Ascot Care in June 1999 as a Carer, rising to Deputy Manager thanks to her exceptional skills and dedication to the wellbeing of our residents .

Her rise through the ranks highlights her professional development and her unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch care.

She is known for her ability to uplift and inspire her peers while forming lasting bonds with the residents.

Julie Tomlins, Manager at Ascot Care Agency

Julie started as a Carer for Ascot Care Agency when it was formed in 1999, covering all aspects of residential and domiciliary care throughout her career with us.

Her leadership and steadfast dedication have been pivotal in ensuring the agency's successful operations.

Julie's commitment to high standards has greatly contributed to our outstanding reputation, and her colleagues appreciate supportive nature.

Steve Dunn, Care Home Manager at Castleview, shared his heartfelt appreciation by stating: "As a proud manager of our incredible team at Castleview, I'm thrilled to celebrate the momentous occasion of Fiona and Sheila's 25th anniversary with Castleview.
