Last month residents of Castleview Care Home enjoyed a trip to Heighley Gate Garden Centre where they took in the tranquil setting and enjoyed a splendid lunch.

Castleview resident John had a wonderful day celebrating his 80th Birthday, seen below about to dig into his birthday cake, which was shared with other residents and staff.

Springfield Lodge residents and staff attended the Alzheimer’s society session held at Jubilee Hall, West Rainton, where they became creative making Easter decorations and icing Easter cakes. Lets hope they have saved some for Easter!
